This place is great. It is your quintessential neighborhood shop, and everyone is always very nice. They took care of me right away twice in a pinch, once for a nail in my tire and another time for a quick odometer & VIN inspection. The won my business by assessing my specific situations (both quick fixes) and not needlessly making me wait all day. Highly recommend.
This location is under new ownership and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the service they provided. They quickly and reasonably got my work truck repaired and back on the road. Whenever any of my fleet vehicles need service this is the shop I will be going to from now on.
Please be advised that John Jackson no longer owns and operates this business. John was always respectful of me and my finances. He would let you know what was a necessary repair and what could wait, and his prices were always in the low side of average. The new owners do not operate the same way. I brought my car in for one repair and they called me with a long list of other repairs they said it needed. No context, nothing broken down, just that for everything it would be $1000.
