For years, I always took my vehicles to Dobbs, but after buying a new car I needed to have my emissions test redone. I decided to give Eric's Master Auto Repair a try, and I'm happy I did! Everyone was incredibly friendly. They got my car in and out much faster than I expected. Stopped in to get an emissions test. Amy was quite personable and got me right in no questions asked. Rich was very attentive and treated me like family. Incredible customer service and hospitality from Rich and Amy. There's something to be said about small businesses. I think I found my new mechanic. Highly recommend!
Called for an emissions test when another shop canceled on me. They got me in same day and were extremely easy to deal with. I don’t live near Eric’s but the experience was so good I’ll go out of my way the next time I need repairs.
I was able to get in same day for an emissions inspection which was amazing and a life saver. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and quick. I’m glad I decided to come here instead of Dobbs or another big box shop. Thank you!!
