I’ve worked Jacob for quite some time.. always professional and gets the job done. I’m very difficult to deal with lol regarding car stuff and he ALWAYS comes through! He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He even showed up for the delivery and took the time to walk me through all the features and teach me how to use everything in my new car. How is leasing a car this easy??? Top notch customer service and excellent communication. The paperwork was handled at my place of work and the car was delivered to my home with the registration in the glove box, license plate on, and a full tank of gas. A few phone calls, few emails, few documents and done.
