Absolutely fantastic service. I received a horrible detail from a different company earlier this year but Master Auto did a phenomenal job and got every nook and cranny of my SUV. Great company and would recommend to anyone.
We found Master Auto Detail a few years back after visiting a couple of other local shops, and we have continued bringing all of our vehicles to them ever since. Today I brought in my car with the most awful odor in the trunk... like something had died in there. Even with all the great work they had done for us before, I truly didn't think ANYONE would be able to remove that stink, but they did. They are friendly, fair, and they do amazing work. Highly recommend!
We've gotten full interior & exterior details for two cars so far, and have been really pleased with both! Moreso than the quality, I really appreciate the professionalism and customer service. When there was confusion about pricing due to outdated information, the company owned it and offered us a refund. When we noticed there was a section of the car missed during cleaning, they encouraged us to bring the car back & expedited a spot cleaning, working around our schedules. Good clean but be careful as stuff in your car might go missing. iPhone auxiliary adapter was gone when I picked up my car and I was told that “maybe you brought it home with you.”
