Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere. I'd give 0 stars. I am completely done with this shop after the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had on Maui. Except for my very first visit, not a single repair has been completed successfully afterward without having to immediately return (or go to actual mechanics) to fix their mistakes. Tommy and his son Jae are the owners of Master Auto and they are the best! Honest and fair prices. Doesn’t try to get me to do work I don’t need to have done. I bring all my family’s cars here.
Solid work and nice people. Super accommodating and got the job done quick. The price was right where I think it should’ve been. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Just showed up there and asked to change two tires on a Nissan cube and they did it in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. Better than Walmart by far.
