i went there to see what was the problem my car had they kept my car the whole day never told me : if you leave your car to see the problem we will charge you $130. i didn’t recommend this mechanic for nothing. they need to be honest first with people telling them what they will charge you only to see what is that problem. i went first to two other mechanics and they told me the problem right away but here they charge me at last minute for something they knew…
No me gustó por q me cobraron por algo que ya sabía que tenía entonces que diagnóstico me habla que tengo que pagar más bien me hizo perder todo un día al dejarlo al carro ahí para disque chequear y luego me iban avisar cuánto era el pago pero resulta que si no lo haces te cobran diagnóstico pero al principio no te lo dicen pero lo más malo es que te tienen todo el día el carro y te cobran el diagnóstico así sea de nada pero te cobran así que no me gustó por q no hicieron nada eso es truco para agarrar a los clientes
Horrible experience. Brought my car in for a simple oil change, and they managed to mess that up. Left with oil leaks and extra charges I never agreed to. Never going back.
