We also had been using Master Auto Air for many years, but I can tell you, being a long time customer means nothing. Took car in for estimate, was told if I had car back in 8am the next day, it would be finished by 5pm, which was the determining factor in taking in in that day. Dropped it off at 8am, checked on the progress at 1:30pm, was told to check back, should be done by 3pm...well, here we are the next day, MAYBE it will be done by 1pm, and just now, a phone call saying the first estimate missed something, at an additi... read more

this people ripped me off charging me \$300 and the car was worse then when i took it in i would not recommend them to my worse enemy
We have been using Master Auto for many years and Carlos along with his TEAM have always been very courteous. He has always diagnosed our autos problems and gave us recommendations on how we can fix the problem. His prices are fair. Master Auto fixed the AC in our van, after I went to three other places, including Rick Matthews Auto Dealer (where I bought the van).
