I contacted Master Attic because of a bat and rat issue in my residence, and to replace the insulation in the affected areas. Rats are tough creatures to exclude because they’re so smart, but Master Attic sent crews several times to make sure that the problem was taken care of. Dan Jones is a pleasure to deal with and Dave really went above and beyond to exclude the rats from my old stone foundation. Scheduled a free consult that had a 2 hour window. The tech was running late and would have arrived towards the last few minutes of the 2 hour window so the tech decided it would be better to reschedule since I had an orthopedic appointment scheduled. I made another appointment but 24 hours in advance of the 2nd appointment, I tried to reschedule because of an emergent Pre Surgery appointment, but was told they'd be a scheduling fee (fine). We had a great overall experience. Dan came out to our house on a Sunday which was really convenient for us. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything for us. Jose came out the very next day to clean out the attic and crawl space. It is such a relief to have a sealed up clean space.
The only reason why I am giving two stars is because the company did a decent job with respect to installation of insulation. if not for that, it would be zero stars. I paid close to 10,000 dollars for removal and installation of insulation from my attic and basement, as well as cleanup and removal of mice droppings from attic/basement, and rodent proofing.
