The experience from beginning to end was very positive. Roberto and his crew were hard working and courteous. We are very pleased with the result. Every effort was made to seal entry points to the attic. We should have done this years ago. We would recommend Dan, Roberto and the Master Attic Crew to everyone.
Their crew, led by Danny and David did an wonderful job removing all the old insulation and installing new. They sealed areas in attic to help with rodents and took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them.
Master Attic just did a full cleanup of my attics. From the estimating process with Dave and the removal of old insulation, rodent proofing, and installing new insulation with Roberto and his team, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Master Attic remediated a bat issue for us back in October and I can't say enough about what a wonderful job they did. The work was guaranteed and they encouraged us to call if we say any further evidence of bats. Well, there were a few droppings in the attic and they quickly responded to our concerns. Jose's crew came out on a SUNDAY, inspected the attic, and sealed up several spots that could be entry points. They were professional, efficient, and kind. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
Called asking about attic fan replacement. They were happy to set up an appointment but when the agent arrived they told me they did not do an attic fan replacement. The agent was very professional but very confused. I do not know why the office contact told me they did attic fans,but they do not. The whole experience was a total waste of time at every level. Do not schedule any services until you personally read the work order to make sure it conveys the correct information
