I had a hat I wanted custom embroidered for a trip. I came in a week and a half before the trip but had to pay an extra $10 for rush, $35 in total for a single phrase on a hat. I sent multiple pictures of what I wanted and watched them write the phrase down but they still did not get it correct - the phrase said ‘coffee’ but they put ‘A coffee’. I had a very good experience with Master at threads. They took a cell phone image and made it into an embroidered image very good work I might add. I would recommend them to anyone. Good work guys.
