We made enquiry with Master Aircon to repair our faulty ducted air conditioner. They sent someone in the next morning to check and provide quote, and repaired it in the afternoon on the same day. I have never seem any electrician as efficient, and their charge is reasonable. Strongly recommended!
They gave me quote 180$ for 30 minutes and said, but they send me invoice for 260$, when I call them to make sure why they charged me 260$ the person on the phone was very rudely talking to me and said their technician was on site working for more than the time in quotation, but I was checking on my CCT cameras they spend more time outside than the actual job.

We had our more than 20 year old ducted aircon system fully replaced by Master Aircon recently. They did a great job , very professional and easy to communicate with. A special thanks also to Ryan for his fantastic help. Great job guys !
