So we had ducted air conditioning installed by master aircon. When our air conditioning is running, the evaporator fan vibrates so violently that it vibrates whole house. When technicians were called , he acknowledged the vibrations made a phone call to his boss and after phone call they blamed the builder that it is their fault, refused to provide paperwork for the matter, charged me $180 and gave me invoice with annual maintenance written on it.
