Technician was excellent. However company price quote for work wanted done was to pricey and I had to decline.
If anyone is looking for a air conditioning company then do yourself a favour and reach out to the technician and his team at this company. It took me quotes from other companies before eventually finding this family run business and I am so thankful I did. From the first initial consultation the technician's knowledge was outstanding he did not try to upsell like other companies. Great service from the technician. Set up a new controller for us with a timer.
The team were great. The job to install a multi split system in our apartment ended up encountering a few issues, but the team always kept us informed and checked with us before proceeding. Even though it took longer than expected, they were courteous and thoughtful throughout and finished everything to a high standard. Very highly recommended.
The technician was very efficient, friendly and did a good job.
