Ruben and his team worked quickly to get us new AC installed after our outside unit was stolen. The quote was approved, and we had a new unit installed and running the next day. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan, the service technician who is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. These are the type of people every company needs to have. Our A/C stopped working, Master A/C and Heat sent Jonathan to get us fixed up and running again. He diagnosed the issues within minutes of arrival and had the system running shortly after. He was able to flush the drain lines and clean out our drip pan. Great service!
