Extremely disappointed with my survey. I paid a lot of money for them to walk around with medal detectors to find pins and tape measure the house. After they found a pin in the back of house missing, they didn’t take our concerns about the one in front of the house being moved as well. Now according to the survey we have less property now than before. I believe the no real effort was truly made to measure out the property. They gave me a survey that was over 20 feet off on 2 sides compared to the PDF document vs, the property pin markers. When asking to explain they grew extremely mad as I was “questioning his work”. Then in a burst of anger he canceled my survey, after I told him I was concerned on the quality of the word. I would use extreme caution.
