They are knowledgeable and professional. Great down home feeling. The staff is awesome every one of them.
Couldn’t even get me in for a scan read, I find it so funny when a company doesn’t know if they’re a week or two weeks out or a week or or is it two weeks lol Skip this ish show!
A long wait for a car service i did say i needed the car back to me by 2 a week prior maybe it wasnt noted but i was also told it was a 3 hr service. They picked my car up at 830am and i got it back at 230pm, in my opinion, considering this is 2 times longer than what it was confidently stated to me prior, it is a little absurd. I also live 10 minutes away so it wasnt like the drive time was taking a lot of the time up
Matt Peter's took his time to help me find the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted. I did not feel pressured and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mastel Ford in Olean.
