This morning I had an employee named Robert come to my house first appointment of the morning to do through AT&T /direct TV, he refused to do the service and I also inquired and had to request him to do TV mounting which I have had done 2 other times over the past two years through Direct TV, he refused to do it and he told me that they don't do TV mounting services, and I said what do you mean yes they do they've done it before, he just kept repeating to me "they" don't do TV mounting, I asked so who is "they" and he said d... read more
