Due to safety concerns, the ACT inspector zip tied our main switchboard shut after Cosmo worked on our house. Now months later, the bathroom heat lamps he had also rewired won't turn off unless we turn power off at our main switchboard. Given how hard it was to get Cosmo to come and rectify the first problem (despite the ACT inspector issuing a safety notice), I doubt this new problem will be fixed by Mastaflow.

Cosmo, the electrician from Mastaflow plumbing and electrical services only had to replace 3 circuit breakers but he mixed up the wiring and didn't test his work with the result that I ended up with no hot water at 10.30 pm on a Friday night. When I contacted Alex in the office on the after hours number she was rude and unapologetic. She actually claimed I had woken her baby by sending a text message and berated me for suggesting Cosmo had made a mistake. She also did not care that I had no hot water.
