Love the Nicolet water!! The staff and service is phenomenal since the change in October 2024!
EDIT: I talked with Travis and he was extremely helpful. He was not making excuses and listened to my issues. I could tell he cared about bettering the company and its services. I have used Mast a couple of times. The service was fine. The second time I used them was to install an RO filter in our kitchen. The process took about 5 months to complete and required 4 visits between 3 different plumbers to install it correctly. The process took about 5 months to complete and required 4 visits between 3 different plumbers to install it correctly. You really have to watch their work because they don't have great attention to detail. If I hadn't checked their work myself, the booster pump would have probably broken because they didn't install all the parts that came with the kit. Went in to refill 4 of our 5 gallon water jugs. The gentleman that was working was very helpful and the price was half the cost of buying a new jug. There were also caps available which was a plus as we no longer had the original caps. 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome water and awesome customer service! Only place we go!
