Phone calls are always friendly, and Travis is a helpful, but busy guy. We have used Mast for 30 years, with a lot of money spent on our previous and current Mast chemicals and pools. However, actual Mast pool servicing has been poor, and has gotten worse over the years. We called for basic pool maintenance in mid May of this year, and are still waiting for someone to come in late June. Love the Nicolet water!! The staff and service is phenomenal since the change in October 2024!
EDIT: I talked with Travis and he was extremely helpful. He was not making excuses and listened to my issues. I could tell he cared about bettering the company and its services. I have used Mast a couple of times. The service was fine. The second time I used them was to install an RO filter in our kitchen. The process took about 5 months to complete and required 4 visits between 3 different plumbers to install it correctly. The process took about 5 months to complete and required 4 visits between 3 different plumbers to install it correctly. You really have to watch their work because they don't have great attention to detail. If I hadn't checked their work myself, the booster pump would have probably broken because they didn't install all the parts that came with the kit.
