We had a very large overhead door that was damaged via a scaffolding accident and was left hanging in the air. Mast overhead doors was wonderful to work with. We contacted several companies, and even though they had not installed this particular door, they were by far the most responsive and helpful. April, the receptionist, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She continued to communicate to ensure we had a repair team scheduled to repair our problem as soon as possible. Tony was so great. He was prompt and friendly. Very knowledgeable and experienced. He fixed the problem and made some adjustments to prevent future issues.
