I contacted Rob on March 19th to explore better insurance rates. He assured me that I would receive a new quote within 2–3 days. However, as of April 11th, I have yet to receive any updates. Despite my efforts to follow up via calls and emails, I have not received a response. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I am now seeking an insurance agent who demonstrates professionalism and genuinely values their clients.

I visited Rob at Mast Insurance on Nov. 1st. I received a call from him on Nov 3rd. questioning my current insurance coverage. It is now Dec 8th. and I’ve yet to hear anymore from Mast Insurance. It was made clear that my current policy is due to be renewed on Dec 15th. I do not know if they do not want my business or cannot find more reasonable rates. I have heard nothing.
