Rob is the man best insurance guy around
I contacted Rob on March 19th to explore better insurance rates. He assured me that I would receive a new quote within 2–3 days. However, as of April 11th, I have yet to receive any updates. Despite my efforts to follow up via calls and emails, I have not received a response. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I am now seeking an insurance agent who demonstrates professionalism and genuinely values their clients.
