I have used Mast quite a few times for various appliance issues. They are always extremely responsive and well versed in every circumstance I've challenged them with thus far. It is a relief knowing I have a "go to guy" that eases my appliance woes! Lord knows, I can't do it myself :)
I had contacted 3 other local repair services on my oven. One chipped my ceramic counter and the other two could not find the problem. Jim had the oven up and running in less than a hour. Would call him for anything.
