I was hoping for a massage but received Myofascialogie which involved deep inhalation on his part, minor pressure on certain points in the body but this philosophy(principle) was not working for me. He seems sincere in his approach, we just didn't connect and it didn't do anything to alleviate my back pain.

I was very satisfied with my appointment with Jean Francois. He was very informative, calm and easy to talk with. I believe that his massage helped me. I will continue sessions with him to help heal parts of my body. I would recommend him.

Best Massage I have ever had!!!! Jean-Francois is professional, attentive. I arrived very stiff with pain and next day was able to complete the 3rd round of the Senior Quebec golf tournament. I was so pleased to find J-F in Cowansville. Highly recommended!

I had an emergency on my 3rd appt, I wrote on his site, took over a month to hear from him. Emails, phone, text , all messages ignored. Now , he wants $120. I will never return and BE VERY CAREFUL if he wants to sign a document. NEVER happened to me in my life, I’m 73
