He saved my life, his work was perfect. No issues at all. I had surgery at least 10 years ago. I am still going strong post 60yrs old!!!
This review is in regard to their billing practices. I had surgery in February 2022, and now, mid-July 2025, I received a bill for the "physician fees" for my surgery. This bill came out of no where. Two and a half years later, they are claiming I owe them money, when I paid all my copays at the time of service. And sadly, two and a half years later, I cannot prove what was paid by me. If I could give zero stars, I would ! I researched Dr Masson well before I decided to see him. I met with his assistant first, who ordered additional scans, and instructed me to gather all prior images. I did everything asked of me, and then scheduled another appointment to see Dr Masson. At my appointment, Dr Masson was informative, and was positive he could help relieve my pain, by performing an out patient surgery. I was told that his “scheduler” would be in touch with me. I had high hopes for Dr. Masson and the support team at the Masson Institute; unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. While Dr. Masson demonstrated extensive knowledge and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with him, I encountered significant challenges with the authorization process for my MRI. After the MRI was ordered, it became apparent that the necessary additional information needed for authorization was not provided to my insurance provider.
