I have left multiple messages for a return call and have not received a call about my policy. The customer support for the holding company of the policy is equally as bad. I do not recommend this company. At this point, I need to drive to the listed location and determine if they are still in business. Update since the original post - still no returned call after leaving additional messages. DO NOT USE
Pretty sleezy operation. Chris Aitken found my professional network, took my business phone to solicit his (unwanted) financial service, then automatically added my email to his subscription without my permission.
