Mass Mutual is the worst life insurance company out there, and this office is so incompetent that it defies belief. Their mistakes cost me money, with no apologies or cares. Take your business anywhere else but here.
I have had a 5 star experience with Raymond Wickham over at Mass Mutual. He is a pleasure to work with. He has worked really hard on setting up a whole life insurance policy just the way we want in and we have now signed him up to be our financial planner for a small fee, and he’s worth every penny.
