I've been a dental patient of Dr. Massingill for nearly 15 years. Each visit I was greeted with a warm, joyful welcome. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything I didn't want to do or couldn't afford, and each hygienist made sure to be gentle and thorough with each cleaning. I'm sad I can't take Massingill DDS with me to Wisconsin, where I have moved. My next dentist certainly has a lot to live up to!
They cancelled a confirmed appointment at the last moment. When I said I then need an appointment for the next day as an urgent work needs to be done, they said someone will call but no one called back until I called them. When I called, instead of apologizing, the person kept arguing with me and said they will call me later with an appointment. Finally, after several hours, she called me with an appointment couple of days later, which doesn’t work for me. So, I had to go to another Dentist.
The dentist does nice work but the front desk- all of the women are horrible with rescheduling you 18 times.
This Dentist Have The Most Nice, Respectful, Caring and Friendly Staff Ever!The Dentist Mr.John Massingill Was Extremely Nice and very Informative!! They Really Know Their Stuff and are Soooooo Helpful!!! They Don’t Make You Feel Bad About your Situation or Anything! I felt So Comfortable There!!! And The Front Dest Staff Are Top Tier!! The Ladies Are Soooo Sweet and Helpful!!! God Bless Them All!!! 10/10 For Me!!!
They are wonderful people and I'm glad my fiance introduced this place to me.
