I ordered $150 worth of Segafredo coffee, expecting the high quality I’ve enjoyed for years. Instead, what I received was completely undrinkable—burnt, bitter, and not remotely what I paid for. When I reached out to customer service, their first response was to offer me coupons—as if I’d want to risk another purchase after receiving a defective product. I have picked up loads there three times. No restrooms for drives anywhere. And of course it takes hours to get loaded. I was even instructed when they heard my dog barking in the truck. That I was not allowed to take her out on the facility for safety reasons even with a leash. Therefore telling me she was not allowed to go to the bathroom either. She is trained not to make a mess in the truck. A did not let her suffer. I took her out anyway. Horrible facility.
My man got an interview and he was finishing up at the dmv and realized he was going to be late he called and they where extremely rude and disrespectful saying another candidate will be chosen instead of just rescheduling we all have a life outside of work clearly this place doesn’t respect that or their workers.
What a real dump!!!
