Great support. Fully acknowledged my concerns and immediately took the idea to the higher ups to see if they could work with it. I am waiting for a response on that but it was still great!
While my unit is still having major issues, the customer service manager at massimo has been absolutely amazing. Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars as I’m confident he will fix the issue.
1. I purchased a new T- boss 760 six months ago. 2. My dealer was out of Dallas. They are called 161 Powersports. 3. I have performed all services as recommended by the manufacture. 4. Unfortunately, since the day that I’ve owned it, it has driven rough. The noise is deafening and it has developed a backfiring problem. That is so bad I can no longer drive it. 5. Edit: Florida DMV says Massimo is in the database as "Off Road Only", so I was not able to register it. Ibrahim Qattan has been helping me through some paperwork issues for days now and I have to say that not only is he extremely punctual with his responses, but also super friendly and helpful despite the countless hoops DMV makes us all go through.
