First of all he listened to my problem. Dennis was understanding and showed a willingness to help. He understood my issue regarding no box. The box was beyond salvage and was thrown away. The sales receipt was lost by my son. I live in Arkansas and he picked it up in Carmi, Illinois. Between there and here the receipt was lost. I purchased my T560 directly from Massimo.
