Ordered an ATV 850-S side by side directly from Massimo. Steering wheel came off because the lock down nut was missing/never installed. This could have resulted in a serious injury or death and Massimo representatives are not taking it seriously (reported problem on 12/22/25). Would not recommend this company or their products. Their promise of "Click-Deliver-Drive" is a lie and their mission statement about how important customer satisfaction is to them is a farce.
This place sold me a motorcycle that broke a few months later they violated the right to repair act and refuse to provide info on parts for said motorcycle there a scam
Bought a 2023 massimo in July of 2024 had to replace wet clutch in July 2025 after first hunting season.Had a hard time finding a shop that would fix it. Here i am first week of hunting season and with 32 hours on it and it is making a grinding noise and fluid is leaking from a cv joint. There was zero grease in grease fittings too. UPDDATE 1/17/2026 Just spent another 1600 dollars on repairs. It is now up for sale if any is interested
BUYER BEWARE I just purchased a GKD 350 Jeep and had nothing but trouble with it. Soon as I had it delivered the vehicle kept stahling. Emailed the company with no response. Went to the website and registered an account. Filed a complaint form. Currently in contact with a customer service rep named Dennis who is very unpersonal and unsimpiteict.
