I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review but I've been calling for weeks, if I could give less than one star I would! This is ridiculous, I bought a part( a new clutch for a Massimo mb200s) that I ordered through the part diagram for my specific bike and I received the completely wrong clutch. I needed 11tooth 3/4 bore clutch and received 10 tooth 5/8 bore clutch. Fast and professional
If I could give them lower than one I would. Worst Customer Service I have ever had in my life. Bought my special needs son one of their electric trikes. The first one they sent me had obviously been wrecked when it was delivered so after fighting with them for a month, they did exchange it. The second one I received apparently has bad batteries because after 4 miles the batteries went completely dead and will not charge.. customer service is bad I need a break caliper i have tried to get in touch 4 times i spent close to and hour and a half and finally hung up. the warrior 800 is awesome but customer is crappy. i am to a point of selling this utv and buying a different brand BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
