If you own a MSA400 they pawn you off to some motorcycle doctor site that never answers the phone and they want you to send them an email with questions and pictures so they can help you, their email is blurred out so you cant actually do that, and if you do happen to get ahold of someone at Massimo they won't actually help you, at this point im not sure how to get parts for this ATV, would not recommend buying their products.
