We contacted Massimo when our furnace went and he made himself available to check out the problem nearly immediately. He walked us through every step of purchasing a new unit. He was informative, professional, reasonably priced and his staff were amazing. Massimo and his crew made having no heat in December bearable. I certainly would recommend their service!
Amazing service, they arrived the same day I called. They even showed up earlier than they originally said. They got our problem fixed in under 24 hours. I cant be any more thankful for there honesty and understanding of our situation. I cant speak anymore highly of Massimo, and I will continue to use them in the future.
