I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with this surgeon nurse practitioner during a recent medical procedure was disappointing. I found him to be unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy throughout the process. My experience with Dr. Cohen at City of Hope was deeply disappointing. He came across as rude, disinterested, and completely lacking in empathy. During our one-on-one interactions, he spoke to me in a snarky, dismissive tone that made me feel uncomfortable and dehumanized.
