Massi team did an awesome job on installing two showers in our home. They worked with our schedule that we pushed back several times due to unforeseen issues. They were on time every day to complete the task. The project manager, Alejandra, was very patient and professional. He made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction before they left our home. I would highly recommend Massi to anyone looking to have renovation done to their home.
We paid $9,500 to get our kitchen opened up and expanded. The company was nice to work with at first. They told us they were finished with the work. Look at the pictures. Do any of these areas look finished? I asked the owner, Juan, for a partial refund for the services they messed up on. He insists they don't issue refunds and the warranty period is for 1 year. MASSI did my master bath remodeling, great work and service.
We hired this company to remodel our second floor, and they did an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were highly professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and they completed everything on time. We highly recommend them for any remodeling project!
Edit to add since I cannot respond to owners post: we provided brand new valves to be added (it was a brand new kit). After we had someone come out the second time, we were told that if it still leaks there would be nothing MR could do. We didn’t call back to advise of the ongoing leak bc we were told MR could do nothing else. We hired MR to refinish a tub and replace valve stems/tub drain. The tub refinish is ok (what can be expected for a painted tub) but the problem we had was with the valve stems and tub drain. We had th... read more
