Great experience pre-purchase. Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, but the folks at Massi Motors were fully transparent, provided a lot of additional photos at my request, and generally provided excellent customer service! I hope to see my "dream vehicle" pop up listed by them soon, so I can complete my buying experience!
Sold me a lemon after having is for 3 months my engine stalled in the middle of road and I had to push it into a neighborhood by myself at 7 months pregnant! Now I’m out of luck for a car with no help. I wouldn’t step foot on this lot. They refuse to fix it and will put the blame on you. Don’t give these people your hard earned money!
