When me and my mom came in office to submit our documents, the black lady was tapping his head and screaming at me why I didn’t put the dates in here, I think, she can also said this in normal voice. Good service
I had a great experience at the MassHealth Enrollment Center in Taunton. The wait was not too long, and the staff were polite, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I am especially grateful to Maria, who helped me with an urgent issue. She was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. She truly went above and beyond to help me, and I cannot thank her enough. She is like an angel! I highly recommend this enrollment center and greatly appreciate the wonderful service I received.
