Nobody answering phones?? This is crazy
Edit to my old review from last year. They have really turned things around and it seems like their staff has improved immensely. I still get transferred to the wrong place at times, but this year I had to re-enroll and because of my horrible experience below I was terrified. Luckily I had a wonderful representative that was so helpful and it was quick and painless! I even cried on the phone with her because I was relieved.
