I want to tell you all a story about Massey's. Not terribly long ago I went to have my CTSV aligned here and ran into my grandmother in-law, who I knew was suffering from the early stages of dementia. Her car was up on the rack and we chatted for a few minutes before the guys wrapped up working on it and she left. I got to talking to the guy after that had worked on her car and he explained she came there every week for work that didn't need doing (rotations, alignments, etc).
