Tried to have tires rotated on my Toyota. Showed up @11:15 for a walk-in appt, shop closes @12:30 according to website (was told 12:00)… I was told they stop taking customers @11am even though they had time and resources to tackle a simple keep maintenance item. I’m having to go to a independent shop to satisfy my vehicle’s maintenance🤷🏼♂️ VERY disappointed!
