Before I left my review, scrolled just to see if anyone else had issues. The review from Amy Roger is to a T what we just experienced, and I would bet she also got the pleasure of dealing with Rachael Massey. What a joke. Who would’ve thought you could get bad customer service from a title company? Extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked questions and was met with “you can either sign the papers or not” 3 separate occasions in about an 8 minute span.
