One of the best medical practices that I have been to. I had a very smooth process getting vaccinated here so I'm sure the negative reviews are from a few minor misunderstandings out of the hundreds that have successfully vaccinated here. In my opinion, the staff are very friendly and caring. Dr Nguyen has taken great care of my health over the years. He is quite knowledgeable and through. Keep up the great work!
Long waits
Had to go here with my child for a Covid vaccination as my usual medical practice was fully booked. Probably for a reason Massey St GP still had availability. Absolutely shocking experience. Run-down and dirty practice, disorganised admin staff, tiny waiting room, doctor made absolutely zero effort to talk to kids or make them feel at ease. Afterwards we weren't even told to wait around in case of a reaction (nor did they have a dedicated room for this), I had to enquire about this myself and was told to 'just wait outside f... read more
Always a good experience here…
Reception staff hopeless - had to repeat my name several times, they said there is no record of me in the system even though I have visited that practice several times. Too frustrating - went back to my old doctor in Summer Hill where my name came up straight away even though I haven't been there is 2 years. Just avoid this place.
