Marty is very knowledgeable on all aspects of service Massey has to offer. It is a pleasure to have him as our Massey representative.
I called them after hours and Troy came the next morning! I cannot recommend them enough. I was freaking out of course - ants in the lanai! Myra, Pest Control Manager was very nice and helpful when I called to thank them for coming so quickly! The best customer service!

The receptionists are rude, lack customer service skills. When making an appointment for service, they can't give estimate time for the tech to do the service and let you waiting all day long. When I called to ask about it, they are rude and the answers are usually "I don't knot" they have no clue, they have hung up on me. I tried to call another receptionist and one answer asking me "why" do I want to to with someone else. Thomas, our pest control expert from Massey has always given us excellent service under normal circumstances, and on 7-17-26 Thomas was servicing our home when lightning struck a tree just a few feet from him and our house. He alerted my wife inside of a fire in the tree and helped fight the fire until the firefighters arrived. I was on an errand and my wife was alone in the house at the time.
