Thomas, our pest control expert from Massey has always given us excellent service under normal circumstances, and on 7-17-26 Thomas was servicing our home when lightning struck a tree just a few feet from him and our house. He alerted my wife inside of a fire in the tree and helped fight the fire until the firefighters arrived. I was on an errand and my wife was alone in the house at the time. Very knowledgeable and curtious
Spent a lot of money having my home treated by Macy’s in 2025 2026 they call and they asked me for a free inspection. I say I’m not sure whether I want to renew their $140 contract fees, but they won’t inspect the property so there is no free inspection the first year they said they inspected it when they first came out, which is ridiculous cause that’s when they were straight. That’s when they were treating the property I would run from this company run run run run. All they wanna do is bill bill bill bill
