Spent a lot of money having my home treated by Macy’s in 2025 2026 they call and they asked me for a free inspection. I say I’m not sure whether I want to renew their $140 contract fees, but they won’t inspect the property so there is no free inspection the first year they said they inspected it when they first came out, which is ridiculous cause that’s when they were straight. That’s when they were treating the property I would run from this company run run run run. All they wanna do is bill bill bill bill
Justin Parlow did a wonderful job explaining all of Massey’s services . He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I appreciated his manner and honesty.
If I could leave them half a star review, I would. Listen, they don’t have the time to answer their phone, get back to you either phone leave a voicemail or text if you have a problem they ignore it despite them collecting money month after month for their services. Please consider highly not ever using Massey services in the villages. It’s really bad.
