Had 3 appointments scheduled, no show on all 3! Phone them, phone forwarded to the Tampa office. Worst customer service I've witnessed in a while.
I really didn't want to believe the reviews because, to be fair, the services they have provided so far have been great. However, my experience with the sod installation has been frustrating. They've scheduled two installation appointments with estimated dates, but on both occasions they never called or emailed to let me know they wouldn't be coming. Renewal Irrigation quarterly annual renewal payment with a discount.
I have spent over $2000 to have my front lawn resod, fertilized and additional money supposedly for the care of the lawn. It looks like a tech sprayed the wrong chemical in areas of the front lawn and now the grass is dying. Either that or the company used to sod my lawn placed dead grass down. Not only that, but I have had termite control service since I've been in my house for two years and not ONCE have I seen or been notified that the termite service has been done in the past two years.
