We had an awesome inspector today name SHY Callam. He was awesome down to earth and very honest.
Peninsula got bought out by Massey. When that happen, they went down down down. We lost sod in our front yard. I made six calls. I could not even get a return call so I dropped them. The worse part is now they wanna charge me for services that they did not render. I was told by a manager and they would replace the sod of course that never happened. So I’m having to replace new sod now. I was told by one of the employees they went from 20 employees to two. No wonder I couldn’t get service.
Signed a service agreement in March where the salesperson agreed I needed aeration and assured me it would be coming up any day now, as he does it himself for the neighborhood. Never got it. That particular area never got any better. They showed up every few months and my grass just got more and more weeds. Just as yellow, and no greener than my neighbors that don't have a service. Chris is so friendly and efficient great service
James has done an amazing job. He signing up with Massey very simple. Viktor is a miracle worker. We have had millipedes for over six months. He was able to get these taken care of in 1 visit!!! Marvin also does a great job with the yard. I am so happy I switched to Massey!!
