Because the front office has not contacted me the roof has been paid but they have not sent me a release from the company it’s been about 4 months now.

Paid a $5,540 deposit to Massey Roofing to replace my roof due to insurance issues. My policy was later reinstated, so I cancelled and requested a refund. Despite multiple confirmations over the past 3 months that a refund check was “processing” and “in the mail,” I’ve received nothing. Repeated texts and emails have gone unanswered. Poor communication and no follow-through — still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend.

My son had damage to his roof after a hurricane last year, and Aizeah Galvan had a crew installing a roof for his neighbor. He inspected my son’s roof and informed him that it was in fact minor, and that they could take care of it right away so that it would not spread. We had a branch fall on our roof and had Massey to come out to give us an estimate. The estimate included unnecessary work with an astronomical price tag attached. We were able to get the same work done by another contractor for a fraction of what they quoted us ($2200 versus $400). They also encouraged us to try to get our insurance to pay for a new roof when our roof is only 10 years old. These type of practices are why insurance rates in Florida are sky high.
