We had a branch fall on our roof and had Massey to come out to give us an estimate. The estimate included unnecessary work with an astronomical price tag attached. We were able to get the same work done by another contractor for a fraction of what they quoted us ($2200 versus $400). They also encouraged us to try to get our insurance to pay for a new roof when our roof is only 10 years old. These type of practices are why insurance rates in Florida are sky high.
