We were SO disappointed coming to Massey pool one afternoon as it’s been so hot this week only to have stayed for approx 20 min. The pool was FREEZING. We were in the water for about 10 min and my 2 year old was shivering so we got out and noticed his lips were turning blue/grey. Luckily he didn’t go into hypothermic shock as he was so cold for the rest of the evening (it was +32 out!). We paid $35 for our family to not enjoy our outing and what are we paying for? Not to heat the pool. So disappointing.
