We have an old irrigation system which comes with multiple issues. Hunter fixed a problem that had been reoccurring for years. He is a delightful young Beaufort man and is willing to reach out to others to find solutions, which is so important. Having someone who is reliable and can network in the community is a gift. A free sprinkler inspection was offered. Their guy didn’t show first appointment, showed the wrong day for the second appointment. He had dress shoes, white shirt and dress pants on didn’t want to touch any dirt. He offered a sprinkler estimate for $200. Guy called someone else to ask a simple question he really had no clue just a salesperson.
We needed a sprinkler system for our home and we contacted Massey Irrigation from a neighbors recommendation. BEST DECISION EVER! I was contacted immediately after sending in a request for an estimate for the project. This is a family business where Amber takes care of contacts/schedule and I guess everything else needed to run the business while her husband Hunter does the field work. Absolutely the best company I've ever dealt with!!! I don't write reviews but Massey Irrigation clearly deserves 5 stars. Hunter and his crew are phenomenal. They did excellent work on both my irrigation system and my landscaping. The communication with both the office and scheduling was clear and thorough. The cost was below my expectations. Fantastic Job! I would highly recommend Massey Irrigation to anyone interested. Very courteous and professional. Completed the job in a very timely manner. So very pleased with our sprinkler system. They even came back at my request for a couple of adjustments to the system. Thank You for an excellent job. I would give you 10 stars but they only go up to 5 Stars.
