Massey Insulation did a wonderful job for our home. We needed to have our garage area insulated as well as adding insulation to the rest of the home. They came on the scheduled date and time. Friendly workers. Did exactly what we wanted. And did a spotless cleaned up. Would recommend to anyone.
This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I was scammed out of $2795. The work was substandard and never finished. I had to hire another company to finished what they messed up.
AVOID Massey Insulation. David (the owner) came on my property unsolicited and backed over my aluminum flagpole, breaking it in two places. He did apologize and offered to pay for it. I said I'd deal with it, but changed my mind later that day. I text him to come repair it, he replied he would come the next day (05OCT18). He did not show and did not respond to my last text (11OCT18). This man lacks integrity...
