Great Sales Team! – Richard Wells was great. This is the 4th CTS that I have had. I always request Mr. Wells to assist in my purchase/lease.
Wonderful Job!!! – I experienced a situation with a faulty wiper blade. When it came less than 30 days during a strong rain, my windshield was scratched on the driver side. A repair to the wiper was done immediately, however I later noticed the scratch. I made an appointment and returned and with lots of effort most of the scratch was removed. I can still barely see a part of it but not enough to worry me. I feel Mike and the service team did a wonderful job trying to help me and addressing the problem. Thanks!
Excellent!!! – Quite honestly to answer “Yes” to these questions would be an understatement. All of the above answers shouldn’t just be answered as a Yes but it should have ready service was Excellent and over and above the normal dealership/service department experience from the service rep and service manager through to the receptionist and cashier.
