I inquired about renting a locker. I was not allowed to view one first to check size. I was told I must posit in order to view and told to request a refund if wrong size. I paid only to discover it was the wrong size. I asked for a refund. They promised the refund within 24-72 hours. 8 days later I still have not received the refund. I was told 48 hours ago there was an internal problem completing the refund, but someone would call back soon with update. That was 2 days ago. No one answers the phone.
Great experience very accommodating and friendly.
Renting online is very easy...highly recommend this facility!
