My sister rented a storage unit from here. She went and put some items in her unit and was unable to shut the door. She had no choice but to leave with the door half open. She could not get in touch with anyone for 2 days. She was not able to get back there to remove her items or to check on .Two days later they come to fix the door and all of her belongings were stolen!! The owner didn't offer her any compensation for her belongings. In fact blamed her for leaving.
