Worse customer service and business practices I've ever experienced! Called to get a estimate two swap out my egr cooler(I bought a better aftermarket one than the factory) nothing wrong with the factory one no engine light nothing needs to be diagnosed and they refuse to give me a estimate for the swap out over the phone and expect me to drive an hour and a half for someone to look at it first. These guys are the best truck shop around. Scott’s been keeping our trucks running for years. They just replaced an engine for us and couldn’t have done a better job. There’s not a better diesel shop around.
