They specific poorly on their menu how their food is prepared and charged me for something I did not eat, due to it being raw. It says it was smoked which not everyone may know how its prepared and it had the texture of raw fish, it was cold and chewy which it did not have a star next to it on the menu, so i thought it would be warmer and actually cooked, not rare. Unreal Food was bang on, soup was the best I've ever had at a hibachi and I've been to maybe 30 around the country. Treat yourself, get a double spicy tuna roll. :)
