This was my first time booking and unlike everyone else I was not granted an appointment. I went through the online booking site and made an appointment for 7pm an hour before. The website makes you pay a head of time, so my appointment is paid for but no one is here at the suite. I called 3 times no answer. I am very disappointed and will be disputing the charge due to no service.
Charles was phenomenal! I have been having the worst back pain waking up every morning and my range of motion in my shoulders and neck has been extremely limited. Charles knows the human body and how everything works and was able to stretch/massage my flexibility back to normal! I feel like a completely different person.
I have chronic lower back and shoulder pain from a car accident I was in recently. I have been following a plan made by my doctor but the pain was still there. After one session with him I have felt a great relief and have been pain free for the first time in over a month! Neuromuscular massage should be for anyone who has any long term pain.
A 100% professional. He listens to you and uses his knowledge to help you and your body. He uses various techniques to loosen the muscles. His determination to get your body where it should be is appreciated. His knowledge and skill is amazing
I'm glad I set an appointment with Charles. I have a pre-existing injury to my lower left back. I've been to other practices, but will say that he is one of the best ..if not the best! I had an awesome session! He focused on my problem area. He made sure that he didn't add too much pressure but just enough to get the job done. He's very knowledgeable, very respectable and very skillful at his practice. Yesterday was my first session, but definitely won't be my last session. My session was very therapeutic and relaxing.
