I recently acquired a membership. I throughly enjoy my regular therapist, Denisha. She is wonderful!. She's professional and my massage is always perfect. However, I was recently disappointed with the front desk staff. There was a recent promo for Valentines Day that included a facial and some other perks. This place has “luxury” written all over it! Massage was legit too! Will come back, and I will recommend this to my family and friends. My appointment was on schedule, and my experience was perfect. 5 stars for a 5 star facility with 5 star staff!

It was my husband's first time ...he came out with a smile...it takes alot to make him smile...Jessica did an amazing job and my girl I think was Breanne also amazing..especially with the face massage..

****DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE**** I WAS TAKEN TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE USING THEIR SERVICES. THEY SAID I WOULD PAY AN INTRO PRICE OF ONLY $10 FOR THE NEXT MONTH. I ASKED IF THIS COULD BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME AND SHE SAID YES. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER I WAS IN A BAD ACCIDENT AND HAVE BEEN BED RIDDEN SINCE. The front desk staff are always welcoming, cheerful and very helpful and accommodating, whether in person or on the phone. The atmosphere is very restful and the facilities are always very clean. Cece has been administering my massages since I became a member; she does an excellent job and I always feel so much better afterwards. Follow up with the Hydrobed is an additional pleasure; I highly recommend it. Keep an eye out for the monthly/ seasonal special deals.

I love this place. I feel so at home here. The front desk staff is always glad to see me. I go in as often as I can to enjoy the hydroluxe water bed. It's FREE everyday with your monthly membership where you simply pay for one massage per month. It must be a great place to work, also, since they have great, professional massage therapists with years of experience. The feel of the place is nice. Smells great, very relaxing. Waiting room is comfortable as well as massage rooms. Looks very clean, cozy and dim which is important. No complaints about the facility.
