Ju'Sean was great. One of best massages I have had at a Luxe. He dis a great job with pressure on the deep tissue massage.

Very disappointing experience. I have visited this establishment several times and have purchased gift cards for people previously. I made an online appointment for a Massage two hours prior to the service start time. Shortly after booking, I had a conflict. I wanted to cancel the appointment, but the store had not yet opened. I waited until normal operating hours to call and cancel and I was informed that they had a two hour cancellation policy and that I would be charged for the full service if I canceled.
