I requested a deep tissue massage and explained during the consultation that I had sciatica pain on my left side, right shoulder pain, and discomfort in both feet. Stay away from this location. My husband purchased a Groupon, and when I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that the Groupon had expired end of August. What makes no sense is that they are still advertising and selling the exact same deal. Very disappointing customer service. If you are going to continue offering the promotion, you should honor the Groupon that was already purchased. I will be asking Groupon for my money back.

Shame on you. I recently lost my mother, and instead of showing basic empathy or human decency, this business demanded her death certificate just to cancel a monthly membership. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and insisted on billing for services she will never receive, since she passed away the day before the billing cycle.
