I have to cancel my membership due to my schedule and the lack of appointment availability. Unfortunately, when I went to cancel I found out that everything I’ve already paid for will be lost if I don’t use my banked massages within 60 days, and they can only be redeemed on same day appointments. Realistically, who does that policy work for other than the business?!? Most people with busy schedules, jobs, or small children can’t book appointments the same day. Would give 0 stars if I could. We notified the company of my mother in law’s death 5 days prior to her scheduled massage and they STILL charged her account for the massage. After trying to get refunded, the owners are refusing to reimburse her account or compensate us at all. No compassion or empathy whatsoever, not even a verbalization of condolences for our loss. Please take your business elsewhere when looking for massage services.
I went into this location to cancel my mother’s massage membership after she passed away. They required a death certificate to cancel the membership — for a massage subscription. After we provided the death certificate, the owner still refused to refund charges, including a no-show fee for a massage appointment my mother missed because she had died. This is an appalling way to treat a grieving family. Please think carefully before choosing to get a massage here, let alone signing up for a membership.
Horrible customer service and money hungry company/location. Confirmation emails get sent to your spam box and they blame you for it. Won’t even let you reschedule. Just take the hour/money out of your account. No understanding or kindness. Cancelling my membership immediately. So upset to see them treat a loyal client so poorly. Masseuses talk during your session as well so don’t go to relax. You’ll be having conversations about where you work what you do etc.
