Ladies at the desk are very nice .. my massage lady rushed the entire service & didn’t complete the full hour.. I felt like a toddler getting lathered up fast with lotion .. not sure if she just expected a poor tipper because I received a Groupon massage sure felt like a $30 massage .. I go to another spa which is 10000x better experience wise than whatever I just received & I tip over $100 every time .. this is the first time I will say was not deserving & was a waste of my time. Dawn was AMAZING!!! There were some hurdles with booking via groupon but, it was WORTH it!
Blatantly unprofessional and unethical. This business thrives on deception. They lure customers in with Groupon deals, then twist the terms or flat-out refuse to honor them once you're there. Hard-selling packages, canceling prepaid appointments, and blacklisting customers who question their shady behavior — this is not how a legitimate business operates. ive seen several therapists here and am always impressed with their skills. Dawn Benita and Trystan have all worked absolute magic and the front desk girls are so sweet!
This place is AWFUL! They lie, cancel appointments randomly, misuse your cc info, refuse to reschedule or refund money. Barely do a light massage and forget about deep tissue. If you complain and want a manager, nope! They give you fake info to contact owner or manager or just refuse to give you info. Don't get me started on "memberships"! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
