I purchased a massage through Groupon. I would not recommend this place. I was told to click view voucher they said they couldn’t see if on their end then I was told to click redeem and now they said they were cancelling my appt and they did. The general manager would not hold my appointment unless I paid again. I emailed Groupon. I am so disappointed at the service I received over the phone totally dissatisfied.
Had a great massage! Wish the hydro bed was available after but it always seems to be full when I’m leaving
I’ve been a member here for over a year, and I absolutely love this location. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend calling a few days to a week in advance to book an appointment, as they do get busy. If you find a massage therapist you like, they can update your file so you can stick with the same person. Highly recommend this location!
I called to schedule APPT with Jennifer. I saw Jennifer the end of Feb. Told she quit Sat .okay sched someone else for an opening later today. Get a call 2 hours later we need your credit card or you appt is cancelled. I am in the middle of checking out at Grocery store say I can not give you information now. Appt was cancelled. I went someplace else for less $. I never had to prepay for a service.
They canceled my appointment without notice and still took the groupon code. Don't use this place
