Horrible customer service and money hungry company/location. Confirmation emails get sent to your spam box and they blame you for it. Won’t even let you reschedule. Just take the hour/money out of your account. No understanding or kindness. Cancelling my membership immediately. So upset to see them treat a loyal client so poorly. Masseuses talk during your session as well so don’t go to relax. You’ll be having conversations about where you work what you do etc.
READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING GOING TO THIS SPA. I read some bad reviews,but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE. I bought a groupon and called to schedule an appointment. Cancellation practices the way it's presented and worded to you versus what it actually says shady at best... Like those gym contracts you can sign up real easy but you can't get out of it without coming in and then this location come in and or mail a certified letter even though the contract says you could email.... But they don't have email in 2026.... I will say the masseuse I saw was really really good but the facility and their contractual stuff so it was some deal where they take 20 today and then you pay for a full on... read more
I am actually surprised with the lower reviews? I am now a member but have been going to them on and off for a few years now. I always find the staff to be very friendly and professional towards your needs. Today I had a facial and massage, who of course didn’t disappoint. Thank you to Lori the massage therapist for being so great at her skill and Alexis the aesthetician for being so attentive and caring!! You guys are amazing!!!
