This location is very shady in their business practices and should not be trusted, as they do not honor gift vouchers. It seems they don't understand what the text in their fine print Groupon vouchers mean. I was gifted a massage via a Groupon voucher and they refused to honor it stating I had already visited the location a couple times. They were rude, unhelpful, and passive, the opposite a massage pallor should be. Got a great massage that I really needed.
Mediocre massages but the worst is their customer service. I began going to them from a Groupon (big mistake). You’re automatically enrolled in a monthly membership which I was unaware of until after noticing that i was being billed for a few months. I asked to cancel and refund the money and was told that I had to physically appear in person to cancel the membership, which I did but continued to be billed for numerous months in a row. Ladies at the desk are very nice .. my massage lady rushed the entire service & didn’t complete the full hour.. I felt like a toddler getting lathered up fast with lotion .. not sure if she just expected a poor tipper because I received a Groupon massage sure felt like a $30 massage .. I go to another spa which is 10000x better experience wise than whatever I just received & I tip over $100 every time .. this is the first time I will say was not deserving & was a waste of my time. Dawn was AMAZING!!! There were some hurdles with booking via groupon but, it was WORTH it!
