Constant turnover, no availability, and the people that massage you complain about owners and management the entire time in session. I will refrain from naming names. Also, if I get called honey or my love one more time by the front desk person, I'll file a formal complaint.
Honestly not a great experience .. I booked a prenatal massage and the room was extremely hot. Especially being pregnant my body doesn’t tolerate heat well and I got extremely light headed multiple times and did voice that I was hot and voiced that I was uncomfortable. Instead of adjusting after the 4th time of almost fainting I just ended the massage. Not offered to come back another day. Waste of money.
Lady at front desk is pleasant. Gage the therapist was very cool guy, talkative. Complaint deep tissue was no pressure as some others mentioned, I needed pressure on knots and barley felt pressure on injured hammy. I did get it from Groupon and they will try to pressure more deals however just pay w one Groupon. Overall decent experience, would I go back? No, maybe if the front desk lady convinced me. Gage wish u the best buddy
Therapist was running late I feel like my time was cut by 20 minutes not very satisfied
